A salon from the heart. We created this space with two purposes; to serve our community with trending hair and beauty services while creating a space where service providers lower their overheads and maximise their earning potential.

HOW WE DO IT:

Commission on retail: All staff (employed or self-employed hiring the space) can earn up to 20% commission on all retail products sold to the clients. Our system even tracks purchases online. This way, our staff are paid commissions even if the client purchases or reorders products online at a later date. The customer is given the option to allocate the commissions to the person who sold them the product. So in a nutshell, whoever helps the client with their products, receives commissions!

Work for yourself: We have developed a fair and affordable rental arrangement. This contract doesn’t lock an artist in for years at a time. Unlike typical commercial leases that are billed at weekly rates, our renters simply choose the days they want to see clients and only pay for those days.
